im back. at work that is. and im blonde, among other things.
play by play of nasty's weekend:
friday immediately after work i went to patrick's, my hair-man extraordinaire, where i spent a good four hours getting bleached, then re-bleached, then toned, then cut, then re-bleached, etc. anyways, i've come out quite blonde, white actually in some areas... its hot.
i then did the rounds with my boyfriend frankie. we went to the hole to promote a little and to meet up with some peeps to pick up some of my stray belongings. we then skipped over to gonzales y gonzales...a very strange restaurant/salsa dance club type thing where sweets was eating with friends then getting her dance on. she was shocked by my hair but soon got over it.
in contract with frankie to go to phoenix again, we went for one guinness, then retired at my house to smoka smoka.
next morning was absolutely beautiful in this wonderful city we call new york. i took a stroll with the wife and soaked in the sun. we then went up to the bronx to have a family dinner with my extended puerto rican family. dinner was really nice then we brought the latina invasion over to sacha's "house party" which consisted of us, sacha, nicco, jackie, and andrea...quite the party.
sunday sunny sunday the misses and i went for a beautiful stroll through soho and into the west village where we finally settled on a place for brunch. we ate at the garage and after two mimosas we went home to pass out before our inevitable encounter with the entire crusty old mullet-headed dyke population of new york and new jersey...
thing is, on saturday night two concert tickets fell into toni's lap and well, being the uber-dyke that she is, she loves the performer, who is none other than our crusty old dyke representative Melissa Etheridge. dreading this experience i was actually interested in her performance, and happy to see my girl smiling.
the lesbo fest was exhausting and my bed was appreciated once i got to it.
i'd like to thank the sweets for a great weekend, o and i would especially like to thank the weather because it made my weekend extremely cheerful...
